What this covers
Living Present is an iPhone app that holds the apps you choose while you stay in a session. This policy describes what the app and this website do with information.
There is no Living Present account. The current app does not ask for your name, email, or a password.
What stays on your iPhone
Modes, schedules, session lengths, and session dates are saved on the iPhone. They are not uploaded.
The names of the apps you pick stay on the iPhone. Living Present does not need those names on a server.
If you allow notifications, the reminders are scheduled on the phone. Living Present does not receive the contents of those notifications.
Screen Time
Screen Time reports are drawn by iOS. Living Present never receives your usage data.
App limits use Apple’s Screen Time services. You can change or remove that permission in iOS Settings.
The purchase
Lifetime access is a one-time App Store purchase. Apple processes the payment.
A device identifier is sent to RevenueCat so this iPhone can restore lifetime access. That identifier is not your name. RevenueCat also receives the purchase record Apple provides. There is no account behind it.
This website
This website explains the app and links to the App Store, the privacy policy, and the terms. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
An earlier sign-in
An earlier version of Living Present could sign in with Apple and save a profile, mode names, and session lengths to an account. The current app does not create an account and does not upload new sessions.
A phone that still has that older sign-in copies what it needs onto the iPhone and then signs out on the device. That sign-out does not by itself delete an older server copy.
Children
Living Present is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The copy inside the app stays in the same words.
